About UserEasy Discount Program
Everyone qualifies for a discount at UserEasy, but which category do you fall into?
| Discount Category | Description |
| Volume Purchases | Purchase larger quantities and get better pricing |
| Academic | All Students, Teachers and Staff (ID Required) |
| Government | Government organizations should send their Federal ID or GSA number for qualification |
| Non-Profit | Non-profit and charitable organizations should fax in their Federal ID |
| Reseller | Computer techs, dealers, and resellers send your Reseller/Tax ID to become verified |

UserEasy Discount Program Status Pending
The status of your account is pending for one of the following reasons:
- We are currently in the process of verifying the information you have sent (3-4 business days).
OR
- We have not received proper documentation to continue with the verification process.

| Academic | Fax College ID to become verified |
| Government | Fax Federal ID or GSA number for qualification |
| Non-Profit | Fax in Federal ID to become verified |
| Reseller | Fax your Reseller/Tax ID to become verified |
